FOR EXPRESS TONING: Mix 1:2 with 1.9% Welloxon Perfect Pastel. Quick & reliable toning for blended blonde results.

 

FOR BASEBREAKING and TONING: Mix 1:2 with 4% Welloxon Perfect Developer. Perfect to gently lift the natural roots at the same time as toning lengths and ends, to blend demarcation lines, for premium blonde results.
