The revolutionary Blondor Plex, with easy preparation and up to 97 % less breakage with the same lifting performance. You can use BlondorPlex as you would use Blondor Multi Blonde. Up to 9 levels of lift while constructing bonds inside the hair with Blondor Plex Technology.  This is a personal care or cosmetic product that is safe for consumers and other users under normal and reasonably foreseeable use. Directions Can be used for both on and off scalp applications.- DEVELOP FOR NO MORE THAN 50 MINS - Mix in a 1:1.5 or a 1:2 ratio with Wella Welloxon Developer. (12%, 9%, 6%, 4%, 1.9% Pastel). Optionally you can rinse off the bleach and apply Wella Plex no.2 for 10 mins.
