How to Use

Mix RefectoCil tint with RefectoCil Oxidant (liquid or cream) according to the instructions. Apply carefully to lashes or brows using a tinting brush. Leave for the recommended processing time, then remove with a damp cotton pad. Always perform a patch test 48 hours before use.
